In 2018, American conductor Jeff Mosher makes his debut with the
Murray Conservatorium Choir. Renowned for his charismatic stage
presence, dynamic programming and compelling musical integrity,
he continues to attract international attention.

Mr. Mosher holds a BM in Voice Performance from the University of
Southern Maine where he was classically trained as a baritone. At
the University, he sang regularly as both chorister and soloist.
Highlights included singing the role of Liberto in Monteverdi’s L’
incoronazione di Poppea, appearing as the bass soloist in Mozart’s
Requiem, and completing a concert tour of Croatia with the
USM Chamber Singers.

Mr. Mosher has been fortunate to study with numerous conductors,
most notably Dr. Robert Russell, Dr. Robert Lehmann, Dr. Peter
Martin, Mr. Norman Huynh and Dr. Nicolás Dosman. In addition to
engaging in private study, he continues to participate in conducting
masterclasses worldwide.

Beyond his conducting duties, Mr. Mosher maintains a rigorous
schedule of solo recitals and private teaching. He currently serves
on the voice faculty at the Murray Conservatorium, and
resides in Albury with longtime friend, Samatha Cote
